Send Finished Transcripts to Your Other Apps

The LiteScribe Zapier app is invite-only for now and is not yet in the public Zapier directory. It has one trigger, Transcript Completed, which Zapier receives the instant a transcript finishes. Use it to start a Zap that sends a Slack message, creates a Google Doc or adds a row in your tools. You connect with an API key you create in Settings > Integrations.

What is Zapier Integration?

LiteScribe's Zapier app starts a Zap whenever one of your transcripts finishes. Instead of copying transcripts by hand, you let Zapier pass each finished transcript to another app.

  • One trigger: Transcript Completed
  • Pushed to Zapier instantly when a transcript finishes, with no polling
  • Works with the apps Zapier supports, such as Slack and Google Docs
  • Connects with an API key from Settings > Integrations
  • Invite-only for now, not yet in the public Zapier directory

How It Works

Generate an API key in LiteScribe, connect it to Zapier through the invite link from support (the app is not yet in the public Zapier directory), and build a Zap that starts when a transcript completes.

  • Generate an API key in LiteScribe Settings > Integrations
  • Open the invite link from support and connect your API key
  • Choose the "Transcript Completed" trigger
  • Select an action in another app (e.g., "Create Google Doc")
  • Test and activate your Zap

The Trigger

Transcript Completed is the only trigger the LiteScribe app offers today.

  • Transcript Completed - fires when a transcription finishes processing
  • Delivered to Zapier instantly rather than on a polling schedule

Use Cases

Any workflow that should start when a transcript is ready.

  • Meeting notes: Create a Google Doc when a transcript completes
  • Team notifications: Send a Slack message when a transcript completes
  • Content management: Add a row to a Notion database or Google Sheet
  • Email: Send an email to your team when a transcript is ready
